"Northwest provided a good opportunity for our athletes to knock off some rust and work thru some jitters," said head coach Brad Hagedorn. "The facility was packed with good competition, and we were up for the task. It gave our staff a chance to see where we were at in our training. Moving forward, we identified some areas for improvement and know where we need to adjust for the bulk of our season starting after Christmas. Callie McWilliams certainly had a nice day as she has already qualified for Nationals in the triple jump."
SFCC will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the SEMO Redhawks Invite in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
