"It was the culmination of our athletes' year of hard work and dedication, and we could not have asked for a better weekend to end the year on," said assistant coach Kellin Loch. "The weather was perfect, the competition level was high. This past week, we had been tapering to allow for our best performances of the year this weekend. We saw more than a few PRs from our athletes. The best part was that we had more than a few top finishes at a Division I track meet. It was great getting to see our sophomores compete against some big schools. They made for great competition, bringing out the best in our athletes and letting us go out on a high note."
The national qualifiers for the Roadrunners will return to action at the NJCAA Outdoor National Championships on Thursday, May 14.
