Roadrunners finish 10th at Southwest Baptist
The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Roadrunners track and field team scored 22 points as a team to finish 10th at the Southwest Baptist University Invitational on Saturday, March 28 in Bolivar, Mo.

Sophomore Zeshaun Ballance-Gray of Kansas City, Mo. led the team with a second-place finish in the triple jump with a jump of 14.43 meters.
The Roadrunners 4x100m A relay team finished fourth with a time of 43.30.
Sophomore Joseph Bland of Versailles, Mo. finished fifth in the shot put with a throw of 14.83 meters.
Freshman Cash Anderson of Kansas City, Mo. finished seventh in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.35.
Freshman Marcel Milner of Riverside, Mo. finished eighth in the triple jump with a jump of 13.09 meters.
"We just keep getting better," said head coach Brad Hagedorn. "I am very proud of how they are competing right now. I was not expecting to see this type of improvement this early in the outdoor season. If the trend continues, our last couple of meets could be quite exciting."
SFCC will return to action on Wednesday, April 8 at Coffeyville Community College.
