Roadrunners fall at Mineral Area
The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Roadrunners (7-17, 1-7 in Region 16) got off to a slow start in a 69-57 Region 16 loss to the 24th ranked Mineral Area College Cardinals on Saturday, Feb. 4 in Park Hills.

The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Roadrunners (7-17, 1-7 in Region 16) got off to a slow start in a 69-57 Region 16 loss to the 24th ranked Mineral Area College Cardinals on Saturday, Feb. 4 in Park Hills.
Mineral Area jumped out to an early 8-2 lead and never looked back.
Freshman guard Devon Ellis scored a team-high 15 points. Sophomore wing/forward Abou Wague added 11 points, eight rebounds, and two steals (team-highs in both). Freshman guard Trey Jones had a team-high three assists. Redshirt freshman/center Jibril Ndiaye registered a team-high two blocked shots.
